What will you be doing?
As a Junior Sales Executive, you are the first voice that leads (our “future Dockers”) hear. With your enthusiastic and clear explanation, you immediately make them feel welcome and ensure that every lead is scheduled for an on-site tour. In doing so, you are responsible for the first part of our sales process. You also support the rest of the sales team with the administrative tasks related to the sales process.
This role offers ample opportunity for horizontal growth once you feel confident in your position. From there, we are happy to work with you towards the following expansions:
🔹 Collaborating with our team to find the perfect match between location and Dockers
🔹 Contributing ideas on how we can become even better
🔹 Giving tours at our locations (and showing how great it is to work at StartDock)
🔹 Management and expansion of partner platforms.

✅ Someone who’s a smooth talker, but actually an even better listener.

✅ Based in (or near) Amsterdam. You enjoy working from the office, which helps you really get to know our properties and communities.
