Are you a social, entrepreneurial university of applied sciences student who prefers taking action over just observing? At StartDock, you won’t be stuck doing coffee runs—instead, you’ll become part of the community in the heart of Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
Who are we?
StartDock is the place where entrepreneurs come together to make an impact, grow, and (of course) celebrate. We offer more than just a desk; we are building an ecosystem with entrepreneurship at its core. As a team, we create a warm, social atmosphere every day and connect our ‘Dockers’ with one another. Your day-to-day work has a direct impact—everything is focused on helping them grow, while we never stand still ourselves.
What will you be doing?
With us, you’ll be fully involved. You’ll have the opportunity to take on your own projects and develop your skills as a people-oriented professional. We believe that freedom and trust are the most important tools for young professionals to work successfully and responsibly. We’re happy to support you in this. On top of that, no two days are the same, because:
- One day, you’ll be organizing a legendary community get-together or setting up a new social media campaign.
- On another day, you’ll dive into projects focused on sustainability, procurement, hospitality, or space management.
- Always: You’re right there on the ground (in operations) while contributing your ideas at a tactical and strategic level. You learn how to create and maintain a top-notch atmosphere.
