Finance / Business Administration Intern - Accounting System Implementation
Education: HBO, 3rd or 4th year, Finance or Business Administration
Preferred start: September (October can be discussed)
Internship period: 5 to 6 months

Brief description of the work:
- Contribute to the migration from Twinfield to Exact Online
- Map current processes and define the desired future workflow
- Support the setup and testing of the new accounting system
- Analyze bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions
- Prepare work instructions and guide internal users through the transition
- Document the implementation steps and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team
What we are looking for in you:
- Interested in process optimization, finance and IT/systems. You will have the opportunity to dive into financial processes and the systems behind them, from raw data to automated reporting.
- Structured. You think in numbers, patterns and solutions. With your structured approach, you make sure everything is accurate and directly visible.
- Strong communicator and independent. You can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and you feel at home in an independent role within an enthusiastic team.
