Salary: €2500 - €2750 gross (based on full-time)
StartDock locations feel like a second home and are the place where our Dockers can come together, learn, and share with other entrepreneurs. For our StartDock Keizersgracht 452 location, we are looking for a Community Support colleague who will be the right hand of Community Manager Luisa from day one. Together, you will ensure smooth operations and be involved on a daily basis in all processes and developments within the building.
Community building is our top priority. We only do this at locations that leave you speechless and where, as a start-up or scale-up, you normally wouldn’t just end up. At the moment, we have seven locations: five in the center of Amsterdam, one in Rotterdam, and one in Utrecht. Within our coworking spaces, the community always comes first.

What do working days at StartDock look like as Community Support? See some examples of tasks below:
Appearance & experience
- You ensure clean and representative spaces, resulting in a building appearance you can be proud of.
- You are responsible for welcoming visitors at the reception
- Together with the location team, you provide a pleasant daily lunch, with the aim of bringing the people in the building together.
- Together with other team members, you make sure that the Dockers have everything they need and that the building is and remains in excellent condition – from onboarding new tenants and taking care of minor maintenance tasks to restocking toilet paper (to name just a few examples).
Satisfied tenants (Dockers)
You are the point of contact for our Dockers, handling all of their questions.
You welcome external guests who are here for a meeting or event with us
You motivate the community to organize events themselves and support them in doing so.
You process the mail and packages for the Dockers
Optional: You will also have the opportunity to organize business sessions that we offer at all our locations, thereby contributing to the inspiration, exchange, and success of the Dockers.
