StartDock Coworking opens sixth location on Keizersgracht in Amsterdam

Amsterdam, 21 August 2024 - StartDock, the vibrant community offering flexible workspaces, office spaces and meeting rooms, is opening a new location on Keizersgracht in the heart of Amsterdam. With this expansion, the coworking concept introduces its sixth location. The building will be fully renovated while respecting its history and monumental status, and is expected to open to new tenants in November 2024.

The new location is in an iconic and monumental canal house on Keizersgracht 452, which once served as the mayor's official residence. This high-quality and characteristic national monument dating from 1685 is located in a beautiful spot on the Keizersgracht, on the corner with the Molenpad, near the Leidsestraat and right by the ‘Nine Streets’. Thanks to its unique location, the building offers stunning views over the canal. Moreover, the building has its own parking garage with space for six cars, providing a practical and safe parking solution.

The building has a total area of 1816 m² and houses an impressive number of facilities that are both professional and stylish. It offers 28 private offices, designed to provide an optimal working experience with adequate privacy and comfort. There are also two flexible workspaces, specially designed to provide a versatile and dynamic working experience. These flex spaces are ideal for entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals who need a flexible working solution without wanting to commit to a fixed office space.

A classic staircase forms the heart of the building, elegantly connecting the different levels. The bar, equipped with a beer tap, is an inviting place for relaxation and informal conversations. For business meetings, there are several in-house calling and meeting rooms, equipped with modern facilities and technology to meet a variety of meeting needs.
