This is an interactive, fun and inspiring workshop where you improve your awareness of the spaces around you and how they influence your mood and your motivation to act. 

Interior design choices can boost your mental and physical health. 

We will talk about Feng Shui. Feng Shui, literally meaning ‘wind and water’ is an eastern philosophy about harmony and balance in life. It is teaching us to how cultivate balanced and supporting living & working environment that has the power to elevate the soul, dignify and provide a better quality of life.

With Feng Shui you can create home and office spaces that decrease stress, improve your well-being, and even spark creativity. Just think for a second of your workspace or setting up your bedroom for deeper sleep. Good sleep is a foundation for good health and a happier frame of mind. 

Where and how your place your desk influences your performance and concentration. Are you looking at something that inspires you, or are you facing a blank wall? Practical application of Feng Shui principles can really change people’s wellbeing and have a significant impact.

About Darina the organizer 

Darina is Docker and a Feng Shui consultant. She helps create, design and arrange homes & workspaces where people feel happy, energized, supported, and motivated. She combines her technical background in building physics with the knowledge of Feng Shui wisdom. She has her own practice in Delft and works regularly at StartDock Rotterdam.
